2. 1:30-2:30 - Determining High Risk Requirements with HP ALM, Presenter: Paul Shovlin, Director, Client Management at Checkpoint Technologies.

Summary:
The Department of Veterans Affairs is using a unique and proven risk assessment methodology, Criticality Analysis & Risk Assessment (CARA). Hear how they're utilizing HP ALM's Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) features to perform risk assessment. Learn how the VA and the Department of Defense (DoD) have adopted this process for their joint department iEHR efforts. The CARA process is used to highlight notable risk requirements for the project team during the planning phase. Determining the risk up front helps project managers and developers focus on high risk areas and determines the level of testing/quality services required. Join us as we walk you through the CARA process, explaining how requirement risk is calculated using HP ALM, in an objective manner across standard probability and impact categories. You will learn the value of the HP ALM RBQM feature and how it can save your users time and effort.

3. 2:30-2:45 - break / networking + raffle

4. 2:45-3:45 - Round table discussion - open forum for discussing best practices / issues with ALM/QC, UFT/QTP, and Load Runner
