Everyone attending the event will receive a name badge. Name badges should be worn at all times as access to the event is restricted and entrance will not be permitted without valid event ID. Lost or stolen name badges should be reported to the registration team in the main foyer.
Everyone will receive a Smart Badge, which is a digital business card and personal assistant. It uses Bluetooth low-energy (BLE) sensors that are placed around the event to communicate with the Smart Badge.
As delegates attend sessions and meet other participants, the system will monitor those activities and save the information for you. After the event, everyone will receive an Attendee Journey Report (sessions attended, and contacts met) by email. The use of the smart badge is at the choice of every delegate
Traveling within Vienna
Wiener Linien Vienna offers a great public transportation network throughout the city, which allows fast and safe travel from the hotels to the ACV and vice versa.
The Wiener Linien website enables you to purchase a reduced fare ticket for the three conference days at the discounted rate of €15.84.
The ticket is valid on all public transport throughout Vienna on the conference days: Tuesday to Thursday.

Taxis are readily available at Vienna airport. The journey from the airport to the ACV takes approximately 25 minutes and will cost, depending on traffic and daytime, about € 45.

Departure Transfers
To get from the ACV to the Vienna airport, we recommend you use the Airport Shuttle bus Vienna Airport Lines (VAL).
This is direct bus service from the ACV to the Vienna airport that runs every 30 minutes between 11:00 - 15:00. (Outside these times, the bus service runs every 60 minutes.) The cost is € 8 (one-way) or € 13 (return ticket).
Please use the line VAL. Journey time is approximately 30 minutes.
