Hotel accommodations

The Loews Chicago O’Hare hotel offers the perfect blend of downtown energy and the convenience of being five minutes from the airport. Enjoy a surplus of perks and amenities coupled with an onsite art gallery, gourmet cuisine, complimentary wi-fi, so much more.
We have negotiated a group rate of $169 (plus taxes and fees) per night/single occupancy. The hotel will extend the group rate (based on availability) 3 days prior/after the event. This special room rate will be available until March 18, 2019, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. Standard check-in time is 4:00PM and standard check-out time is 12:00PM. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate any requests for early arrival and late departure, based on availability. Note that 24-hour notice is required for early departure or cancellation, otherwise you will be assessed a fee of one night’s room and tax. You are responsible for your accommodations and incidental charges at the Loews hotel. The hotel will provide you with an invoice.
Hotel parking
Self-parking is available for $28 per night, and valet parking is available for $38 per night (subject to change).
Airport transportation
The closest airport to the hotel is Chicago O’Hare, five minutes away. The Lowes hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle between the hotel and Chicago O’Hare.
Travel
Workshops start at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 9, so plan on arriving prior to them if you enroll in a workshop. The welcome reception is Tuesday from 6:00-8:00PM.
Content ends at 3:00 PM Thursday, April 11. If flying, please plan your departure after 5:30PM.
