As 2021 gets underway, we have some exciting events that we have going on!

First, the latest version of Data Center Automation (DCA) 2020.11 was released about a month ago. The latest edition is packed with high value features and capabilities such as agentless management of resources through Operation Orchestration's (OO's) Remote Action Service (RAS) technology. We've increased the number of resources that DCA can manage up to 30,000, and the latest version comes with the new DCA Collect Once Store Once (COSO) reporting, powered by the ITOM Reporting service. The new reporting features allow you to leverage Business Value Dashboards (BVDs) to report on historical as well as transactional data. If the BVDs don't quite suit your needs, DCA COSO reporting allows you to use the business intelligence tool of your choice to create the reports/dashboards that work best for you.
