Hello everyone!   I would like to take a few moments to update you on some great accomplishments that Vivit achieved in 2016 and mention some areas where we are focusing next.

Vivit Refresh – I’m sure you’ve noticed the new Vivit logo and color scheme.  It’s a new look and a purposeful recommitment that we aren’t going anywhere but are here to serve you – our valued Vivit Members!  If you are looking for a great way to explain Vivit to others, please download our New Membership Brochure.  It’s a great conversation starter and explains who and what Vivit is – with quotes from Vivit members just like you!

Vivit Website – If you haven’t been to our refreshed Vivit website, you really need to check it out!  Our website provider now uses Vivit as an example when showing other customers how to refresh their websites.  Our team did a great job, and I couldn’t be more pleased.  It formats so much better on mobile devices as well so you can continue your Vivit experience on the go!

Vivit Webinars – We have a new Webinar platform provider to improve the content that Vivit delivers to you!  We’ve enhanced Webinar registrations so you don’t have to fill in all of your details when you register – saving you time! We’re continually working on streamlining and improving our Webinar registrations, event access, and more.  Our Webinar platform provider is rolling out additional updates this year as well, so stay tuned for that!

Vivit InForum – The monthly InForum also received a refresh, but did you know that you can now receive targeted content that is more relevant to your business needs?  Simply update the HPE Products Used sections on your Vivit member profile to include the products you are most interested in.  We’ve broken them up into five different categories to make them easier to find.  You'll get special editions of the monthly InForum delivered to you based on your product choices!

Vivit Membership – We’re closing in on 40,000 Vivit members with a goal of 42,000 by June 1st.  That’s a lot of members!  The Vivit Membership Committee meets bi-monthly to discuss ways to not just grow the membership but increase the value of Vivit for existing members as well.  We’re always looking for new committee members, so if you are interested, please let me know.  Conferences and Webinars are big draws for new members and of course your word of mouth helps too!

Vivit Gamification - We're working on a new gamification program to encourage members to contribute to Vivit. We'd like to see virtual networking grow this year through options such as: lively online forums, curated content, user case stories, mentors, and of course, social media participation.  We know that driving more and better content into Vivit will help drive membership!

Vivit Mobile App - We're also considering the feasibility of creating a mobile app for Vivit.  It will likely be something simple vs. a full blown native app.  For instance, it could provide options to download archived Webinars to watch offline later, options to receive mobile notifications of Vivit related content, upcoming webinars you’ve registered for, and other targeted communications.  Of course, shortcuts to the Vivit Website, profile updates, and more could be very handy.  Imagine how cool it would be to have the new Vivit logo on your Android or iOS home screen!
