With
FastPass Cloud your users can call the FastPass Cloud portal for direct
password self-service for Windows / AD passwords. The basic portal and the mobile
portal is for FREE for at least the next 4 years!
Above illustration shows how to connect from HPE Service Anywhere, but
this is just one example of access. When the user accesses the portal, she will
authenticate with answers to personal questions (a combination of
company-defined and user-defined questions). The user then makes her own new
password guided by the company password policy.
Users who prefer to do self-service from their Smartphones can do
so too!
