What I like about volunteering for Vivit:

"Being apart of the Vivit community has been a wonderful experience. At my very first Vivit meeting I was asked to speak on my work with HPE’s Business Process Testing at Portland General Electric. I was a bit nervous but after I started my presentation, the premise of Vivit clicked for me. These fellow members weren’t there to be sold on a product or concept, they were there to learn from my experiences.  The reason they attended the meeting was driven by their own internal quest for knowledge.  Now as the Vivit leader for the Seattle Chapter, I have the ability to help others grow which is the most rewarding aspect of being a Chapter leader.  In our Chapter we pride ourselves on finding interesting new topics, meeting great speakers, and networking with other Seattle technology professionals."
