New offering: HPE ITSM Automation Suite
The HPE ITSM Automation Suite provides a
simple way to consume, deploy, and maintain on-premises IT Service Management
software. It provides software and licenses required to build your ITSM
solution, starting with a Big Data service desk and then extending to
comprehensive use cases like Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM).
The suite comes in two editions.
HPE ITSM Automation Suite Express Edition

HPE ITSM Automation Suite Premium Edition
includes:
- Service Manager

Customer Appreciation Program – your path to
the Big Data service desk
Based on HPE Haven technology, Service Manager
Smart Analytics leverages Big Data to simplify interactions with your service
desk and to increase your service desk’s efficiency. Smart ticketing enables
users to open tickets by simply sending a picture of an error message, or by
describing the request using natural language. Smart ticketing also automates
the classification of tickets in the service desk to decrease resolution times.
Hot topic analytics intelligently identifies clusters of data from IT processes
and other data sources for proactive problem management. Smart search provides
a global and context-aware search across Service Manager process modules and
external data sources to find the right answers in a given context quickly. For

HPE now offers a Customer Appreciation Program
(CAP) for existing Service Manager customers. The program allows customers to
optimize current license entitlements and also add the Smart Analytics capabilities
at a very attractive price. As a result, customers end up with all Service
Manager modules including Smart Analytics synchronized to the same quantities.

Secure ITSM: Common Criteria Certification
HPE ITSM further demonstrates a strong
commitment to security through third party evaluation. Our ITSM products have
undergone evaluation in accordance with internationally accepted criteria and a
government-managed framework.
Asset Manager 9.50 and Universal CMDB and Discovery
10.21 have received Common
Criteria Certification.
Service Manager is listed as pending and is expected to receive certification
soon.
