Mathias Traugott
CEO
IT Unlimited Switzerland Ltd.
Switzerland Chapter

Mathias Traugott, one of the few Worldwide ITIL Masters and CEO of IT Unlimited Switzerland Ltd. is an IT Governance Expert and a well-known Key-Note Speaker. He started his career in 1986 in the airline industry and acted in several ground operation functions and positions at the Zurich Airport. In the year 2000, Mathias changed roles into the IT Company of the Swiss national airline, Swissair, and built up a new team, which we would name today as major incident management team.

From 2002 until 2008, Mathias built up the ITSM journey at Swisscom Mobile. Swisscom’s journey was well recognized wide over the borders. The integration of the different HP Software solutions, at that time called "Openview", to one IT System & Service Management Suite, was unique.  Especially the real-time business view, gained with BPI created real business value.

Mathias changed roles into an ITSM consulting & education company in Switzerland to spread his wide experience from 2008 until 2012. In 2012, he took the chance to move to the position of CEO at IT Unlimited Switzerland Ltd. to combine his deep ITSM & Governance experience with HP Software. Close the loop is his personal trademark, from takeoff till landing, and always on the way to explore new destinations.

As a Vivit Leader for the Vivit Switzerland Chapter, Mathias serves the HP Software user community.
