and date back to the Openview Forum days. My pattern has been
somewhat fitful but periodically fairly intense involvement with the
user-groups and other forms of virtual communities since long before they were media-trendy.
My personal stock-in-trade is the Node Manager and Ops Manager toolsets but my virtual team members also teach BSM and Project Management and various ITIL aspects of the primary HPSW tools and products.
