She is currently a public relations specialist at Orasi Software, Inc. and helping with corporate involvement with Vivit. Melissa is a recent graduate from the University of Alabama and majored in communication studies with a minor in journalism. She is excited to be involved with Vivit and looks forward to learning more about the software industry. Born and raised in Marietta, Ga; Melissa’s hobbies include reading, writing, traveling and going to concerts. |
Brian Pohl Lead Technical Architect USAA San Antonio Chapter Leader Mobile SIG Leader | Brian Pohl is the leader of the Vivit San Antonio Chapter and the Vivit Mobile SIG. Brian is the Lead Technical Architect responsible for the Testing Domain at USAA. Brian has held various technical and management positions in QA and has utilized HP Quality and Operations products since 1996. Brian enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with family. |

| Bernard Szymczak has been working with the HP toolset for over a decade, back when the tools were owned by Mercury. His primary focus has been on implementing Quality Center/ALM across a large enterprise organization for the past three years. Bernard is an active member of the Ohio Vivit chapter and has given presentation on administration and setup of the QC/ALM toolset. |
Gustavo Torres Outer TI Brasil Chapter Leader | Gustavo has been using HP Software tools for several years. He runs a small consulting firm, called Outer, specializing in IT operation management solutions. Previously, he worked for Global Crosssing, deploying and maintaining OMU, NNMi and SiteScope for its customers hosted in three Brazilian data centers, and Tivit, conducting similar projects in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and the US. He tends to be very direct and open in my communications, whilst keeping the way of communication very simple and understandable, resulting in vivid conversations with my customers. The customer and Maurice work to a common goal: identify the process (es) to improve, design the new process (es) and build and deliver on that improvement; these conversations are based on mutual respect.
The focus on these processes can be as part of the implementation of a new software solution, an upgrade of a software solution or as part of a process [re] design to improve the way working.
