 We are looking for an experience Application Developer to work in our St. Louis Park office using .NET and HP Service Manager tools. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for working with business areas, project teams, and IT technical teams, as well as outsourced vendors to ensure high quality application design and delivery services. The current portfolio contains a mix of internally developed and highly customized vendor products. This includes: CIA, HP Service Manager, Service Request Center, Impact Communicator, and Universal Knowledge Suite as well as numerous integrations with other IT tools. 

Responsibilities include:

Focus on designing software and coordinating maintenance and enhancement activity to support all aspects of application delivery

Assist in managing resources and mitigates risk through multiple environments

Drive the development, implementation and maintenance of ITSM Process Management’s critical application portfolio

Accountabilities breakdown:25% Application support with users and daily operational maintenance as well as rotating on call15% Infrastructure maintenance and improvements60% Development of defect remediation and enhancements to applications

Requirements:4+ years system administration and development of HP Service Manager applications4+years of web development experience including .NET, HTML, JavaScript, XML,  and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)4+ years experience with SQL Server, Oracle or other relational database management systems; Expert technical, business and industry knowledgeExcellent analytical, PC and problem solving skillsExcellent oral/written communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated understanding of standards and deliverables to ensure the integrity of the development processBachelor's Degree required or minimum 4+ years of equivalent experienceAssets: Development experience with ASP.NET  and Visual Studio 10Development experience with HP Service Manager applicationsITIL CertificationsExperience with web servicesExperience with Citrix.
