Join us on Wednesday, November 5th for our fall ITSM chapter meeting at Axel's Restaurant in Mendota. We've got a great line up of speakers, delicious food throughout the day, and a relaxing happy hour planned to wrap up the event.

     Eric Krueger will lead our group through a presentation uncovering what you can do with the newest version of SRC 

11:30-1:00 - Lunch and Networking

1:00-2:00 - Smart Analytics

    Scott Knox will provide us with a discussion around Smart Analytics and the exciting innovations coming from HP

2:00-2:15 - Break

2:15-3:30 - HP Service Management Client Panel

    Our host will ask a variety of question of a panel of local HP Service Manager users. The audience will also be able to bring their questions for the panel. Hear about how other organizations are leveraging their tools.

3:30-4:30 - Happy Hour, Door Prizes, closing
