We plan to cover any of the strategies and lessons learned, in a Round Table format, around the following topics:

2. Talent Acquisition and Retention
3. Team Organization (Test Practice, Test Factory, Platform teams, Functional Vs Automation)
4. Agile Implementation
5. Achieving DevOps
6. Tool Licensing

With this invitation, we hope to learn from each other and fast track our own organizations. During this 3 hour workshop, having learned from experts across many companies, each one of us should have some ideas to contribute to discussion. In addition to engaging conversations, this opportunity will also provide valuable networking within local Seattle companies.
